Akosun™ is a refined, bleached, deodorized, and winterized vegetable oil with a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids. This high oleic oil is developed from specially selected varieties of sunflower seed, which has been produced using conventional plant breeding techniques. Akosun™ has therefore very good oxidation stability.
