Bernel Ester NPDC is a clear liquid with a slight, characteristic odor. This product is soluble in oil, alcohol and most hydrophobic solvents such as esters, mineral oil, mineral spirits and aromatic hydrocarbons. It is insoluble in water. It has a medium skin feel, low freeze point, solvent properties, reduces greasiness, and is suitable for use in skin care, color cosmetics, hair care, and bath products.
