Cinnacure is an extract of Cinnamomum cassia that shows strong anti-inflammatory activities by inhibiting inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and nitric oxide (NO). It also inhibited the production of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), protein expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), and mRNA expression of interleukin 6 (IL-6). Cinnacure is also an excellent anti-aging ingredient with strong anti-oxidant, anti-photoaging, and anti-wrinkle efficacies. In addition, its anti-microbial activity against Candida albicans (C. albicans) was confirmed.
