Clair BLANCHE-II is multifunctional and complex whitening ingerdient targeting pigmentation (tanning). It is developed to target three steps in pigmentation process with three botanical actives. Paeonia Suffruticosa Root Extract prevents tanning with its anti-inflammatory effect. Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract has anti-oxidation effect and inhibits AhR activity caused by smokes from vehicles, industries and humans. Saxifraga Sarmentosa Extract also has anti-oxidation effect and is expected to repair DNA damaged cells. This product has acquired HALAL Certification.
