BELSIL® DMC 6038 is a wax-like, water disperable dimethicone copolyol that exhibits good compatibility with polar ingredients. BELSIL® DMC 6038 is used in skincare and hair-care formulations, as well as in deodorants because of its good compatibility with other ingredients. Its low melting point improves the distribution of creams, lotions, deodorant sticks and roll-on deodorants. This product has a refractive index at 35°C of 1,458, a melting point of approx. 30°C, and a flash point of 241°C.
