BEUB-FS is a fine blue ultramarine powder. It consists of Ultramarines and Perfluorooctyl Triethoxysilane. Kobo’s new environmentally agreeable Fluoro Silane (FS) treatment is both hydrophobic and lipophobic which contributes to long wear in makeup. It has no PFOA and is chemically bonded to pigment. There is less color shift and pigments do not darken.
