Butylparaben offered by COSROMA® is called Cosroma® FFJ-009. It is pure butylparaben and exhibit stronger antibacterial properties compared to benzoic acid and sorbic acid. Cosroma® FFJ-009 can disrupt microbial cell membranes, causing denaturation of proteins within the cells. It inhibits the enzymatic activity of respiratory enzymes and electron transfer enzymes in microbial cells.
