Carfil® 9120NP from Wanhua, functions as a film former for personal care product such as mask, sun care, eyeliner and mascara. Carfil® 9120NP is easy to use, especially suitable for cold processes. The product also shows good compatibility with a broad range of cosmetic ingredients. Biocide: 2-phenoxyethanol 1400ppm and 1,2-Octanediol 600ppm. The effects of other substances and pH values on the inactivation of biocide should be noted.
