Cerafumei® Candelilla Wax 5501 is a 100% natural plant wax obtained from the bushes of candelilla plants (Euphorbia Certifera). This hard and brittle wax is double-refined with lower resin content which can provide good dispersion in cosmetic formulations. And with the highest shrinkage property, it provides excellent mould release and is traditionally used to harden stick formulations. Cerafumei® Candelilla Wax 5501 is often used in combination with carnauba wax, beeswax and other waxes to improve skin feel, adhesion and pay-off properties.
