C’ESTER EHO is an ester of oleic acid and 2-ethylhexyl alcohol which is completely saturated making it very stable and compatible with all types of oils and actives. It is a naturally derived, medium spreading emollient which provides excellent slip and lubricity and reduces drag. C’ESTER EHO is an alternative to silicones including dimethicone, cyclopentasilonane, and cyclohexacyloxane. It is a liquid nonaqueous skin conditioning agent, film former, plasticizer, and solvent that is useful in a wide range of personal care products and cosmetics.
