Coloursphere® Sil Red-25 is a spherical composite material, in which colourants have been encapsulated into silica beads. The wetting properties of Coloursphere® Sil Red-25 are excellent because of its small specific surface area. It is typically used in foundations, powders, eyeshadows, and lip applications. It is ideal for colour changing technology as well.
