Covapearl Satin 931 is an inorganic pearlescent pigment made of rutile titanium dioxide coated mica. It appears as a white pearl powder with satin silver highlights. This product is suggested for use in skin care, lipstick, face make-up, soap, toothpaste, nail varnish and hair product applications.
