Covastyle® MBS, sodium metabisulfite, is an easy to use, highly effective reducing agent that imparts no color impact on shade nor fragrance in formulation. It is an approved broad spectrum preservative for food and cosmetics, preventing bacterial growth at a usage level of 0.1%. Covastyle® MBS is globally compliant, Halal, Kosher and Vegan compliant. It can be used up to 5% in your formulation, depending on your cosmetic application and intended function.
