Salicat K-400 is a powerful biocide and fungicide made from a combination of Methyldibromo glutaronitrile and Phenoxyethanol. It is also an effective liquid preservative for cosmetic products with a broad, balanced spectrum against bacteria yeasts and mould fungi. This product can be used only for rinse-off products (dosage- 0.05%) and for leave-on (maximum dosage 0.03%) in a lower pH range, as Salicat K-400 is highly affective in acidic media.
